Project Overview

In 2023, Anas, a private villa owner from Saudi Arabia, was preparing to build a high-end villa on his own land.

Recommended by a friend, he contacted our team for a complete sourcing solution in China, covering building materials, custom-made products, supplier coordination, quality control, and ongoing order follow-up.

Rather than sourcing products individually, Anas wanted to complete the major material selection in China and make sure everything matched his villa design.

Preparing Before the China Trip

One month before Anas arrived in China, we started working with him remotely.

He shared his architectural drawings, interior renderings, preferred design style, and personal requirements. We reviewed the project with him in detail and clarified material specifications, product standards, dimensions, finishes, colours, and custom requirements.

This preparation allowed us to understand the overall project before his arrival and plan the sourcing trip around the actual requirements of the villa.

On-Site Sourcing in Foshan

Once Anas confirmed his travel schedule, we arranged airport pick-up and pre-booked accommodation in Foshan.

During his stay, we accompanied him to major building material markets, including:

  • Huayi Decoration City
  • Yimeijia Building Material Market

We also introduced him to suppliers with experience in exporting building materials and handling Middle East projects.

For key custom-made products, market visits alone were not enough. We took Anas to several factories and, where necessary, revisited the factories to check details such as craftsmanship, colour tones, surface finishes, and production standards.

This was particularly important for products where the final appearance needed to closely match the original villa design.

Finalising the Sourcing Package

After multiple supplier visits, product comparisons, factory inspections, and negotiations, the main decoration concept and building material list were finalised.

For selected products, the suppliers prepared detailed construction drawings, product drawings, and visual renderings based on the project requirements.

This gave Anas a clearer reference for confirming the final specifications before placing the orders. Once the products, specifications, and suppliers were confirmed, Anas returned to Saudi Arabia.

Project Follow-Up After the Trip

Our involvement did not end when Anas left China.

We continued coordinating with the manufacturers remotely, tracking production schedules, following up on order details, carrying out quality checks, confirming export packaging, and providing regular project updates.

Around six months later, Anas shared the construction drawings of his villa in Saudi Arabia with us.
