Since 2018, we have been working with Moustafa, an Iraqi businessman based in Qatar, supporting his LED lighting wholesale business through long-term sourcing cooperation in China.
Due to visa limitations, travel restrictions, and business schedule challenges, Moustafa has not been able to visit China personally. However, through continuous communication and our local support in China, the cooperation has remained stable for more than 8 years.
Remote Supplier Verification in China
As Moustafa was unable to visit factories himself, we handled the supplier research and verification process locally.
For his LED lighting product lines, we visited multiple factories, communicated directly with factory owners and sales teams, and evaluated suppliers based on key factors, including:
- Factory size and production environment
- Company qualifications, certifications, and export experience
- Production capacity and delivery capability
- Previous Middle East market experience
- Communication efficiency and service attitude
- Warranty policies and after-sales support
After comparing different manufacturers, we recorded the advantages and limitations of each supplier and prepared detailed evaluation information for Moustafa's review.
Based on his product requirements, technical standards, and budget expectations, we provided objective suggestions to help him select the most suitable supplier.
Our role: We provide local support throughout the sourcing process — from supplier verification and factory communication to production follow-up and shipment coordination. For buyers who cannot regularly travel to China, having a reliable local partner can help improve supplier transparency and reduce communication and quality risks.
